We collect contact details, organisation details, engagement scope, correspondence, and
the programme documents you choose to provide. The application may also create basic
server logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use information to scope the assessment, check documents against the relevant gateway
criteria, prepare the brief, manage the client relationship, support billing, and keep
the service reliable and secure.
Public website analytics
We may use limited marketing analytics on public pages to understand campaign
performance and beta interest, but only after this browser allows optional analytics.
These tools are not loaded on beta workspaces, founder review links, document pages, or
private assessment views. You can manage this choice on the

Client documents
Client documents are treated as confidential working material. We use them only for the
assessment and related engagement management. Automated and AI-assisted checks may
support the work, but findings are reviewed before delivery and client documents are not
used for unrelated model training.
Sharing
We do not sell client documents. We share information only where needed to deliver or
operate the service, where required by law, where professional advisers are engaged under
confidentiality obligations, or where the client has approved it.
Retention and requests
We retain information only for as long as needed for the assessment, records, security,
