Assay is owned and operated by Leva Solutions Pty Ltd. These terms apply to the website and to Assay pre-review assessments unless a signed engagement agreement says otherwise. The public website is an invite-only waitlist. We are not currently accepting client documents through the site.
Assay provides a fixed-scope document pre-review for teams preparing for gateway assurance. The service checks supplied materials for missing evidence, contradictions, and weak criteria coverage. Until we invite document intake, the public site only collects waitlist applications.
Assay is a document check. It is not an audit, legal opinion, procurement advice, delivery confidence assessment, assurance opinion, or prediction of the final gateway outcome.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide the documents and that the material supplied is accurate, complete, and suitable for review. If key documents are missing, the assessment can only reflect the pack provided.
Fees, timing, and scope are confirmed before work starts. The public fixed-scope offer covers one programme evidence pack and one gateway criteria set. Delivery timing starts once the pack and scope are accepted.
Client materials remain the client's materials. Leva Solutions Pty Ltd retains ownership of Assay, its methods, templates, software, and analysis approach. Assessment outputs are supplied for the client's internal gateway preparation use.
